Just a thought...
If I won a truck load of money, I would haul my rear end out of here - yet ONLY then will THEY kiss that very same rear end to stay here in order not to have loads of money leave the country...
I must admit it would be bitter sweet to say, "Thanks, but no thanks to the GC....", knowing full well that if ever I wanted wanted one, a cool $1000000 will get it with investor status...
