Hi All,

Appears people in Sacremento, Oakload, Santa Ana have started getting
the finger print notices, while people in San Jose/Santa Clara have not.
So, just to know the trend, please do post your location also.

My lawyer said to me before that FP notices is based on location

It makes sense.

An ASC sends out FP notices once it starts to have more
times available. When Oakland has time available is totally
independent of San Jose. Also how hte ASC schedule the appointments
is bizzare. I remember Oakland ASC scheduling people who received
FP notices in July/August for Novemember appointments.

I believe that the FP notices are sent out by CSC Liguana Nigel ctr. and based on load in the applicant\'s ASC, the FP appointment date will vary, sometimes substancially, but the FP notices should be sent irrespectively, at approx. same time based on ND only.

It does seem to depend on location. Because no one in SFO area with rd after 4/16 seems to have got it. Many other locations with RD much later than april have got it.
