If u change jobs after 180 days; and use EAD how is it diff from having a GC

i.e what proof do you give your employer for legal authorization
to work after the GC, is it always the EAD card number or does it
change.

You need to have a simillar job

To switch jobs and use your EAD after 180 days ,
till you actually get your I485 approval
you need to have a job with simillar job requirements.

Once we get your GCs ,our status does not depend on
the job and it will "qualify" us to "work in "Mc Donalds"
or even take a few months break.
