If some one lost the job with in 180 days of filling I-485 with no job for about a month

comes under OUT of STATUS under ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY? What is this Zero Tolerance policy. Can any body explain about this.

What about after 180 days ?

WHat are the implication if you lose the job after 180 days ?
Do you need to find a similar job sometime before adjudication ?
What are the implications of INS restructuring on AC 21 ?

said that it is better to stay in the job for 180 days atleast from RD. Also at all times it is needed to have a future job offer.
