140 and 485 filed at the same time (Mar/03). The 140 is well past the supposed approval date, and so I think it will be approved at the same time as the 485. Second FP notice has just been sent out. I presume that RFE will be sent out, at least in regards to the 140 (if for no other reason that nurses need visa screens, and INS doesn't have proof that my wife has hers, so they'll want a copy). Will this RFE be sent out nowish, or will they wait again until the second FP has been completed, and only then send out any RFE data? Further, are they likely to send out all RFE requests at once, or in chunks (ie. if they need two extra pieces of data they'd send out both requests as one)?
