It is said that you can keep the old priority date.
Does it mean that my case will be processed in a short time but not to wait for years when it is remanded back to non-RIR?
How do you guys think about it?
It means your case is treated as Non RIR applied on your original Priority Date.. So if that date is current/Past then your case will be immediately processed other wise you have to wait till Non RIR reaches there !
