Hi,

If the old employer is sponsoring GC, when should we join the
company ?

Is it just after getting I-485 approval ?
(or)
Should we join after getting !-485 stamped ?
(or)
Is it OK to join any time after getting approval ?
(or)
Are there any other type of problems in this type of sponsorship ?

Please let me know.

Also, please let me know if there is anybody who has issues in this type of sponsorship.
