If NSC processes based on PD...

If it true that NSC is processing I-140 based on Labor certification priority dates, how soon should my case be processed ? I filed I-140+I-485 Feb 2005. My LC PD = April 2002.

Anyone there has heard anything about Premium Processing for I-140 ?

Ohh saathvika ! That's slow. Sorry. No news on I-140 premium processing either. I am sure that as soon as my I-140 process is completed, then premium processing for I-140 may be approved. It is like the PERM process. I am not lucky on these things at all. Thanks for the info.
