If not revoked 140? Please help

Hi Gurus, please put some light on this issue.

My employer filed I140 and I485 concurrent on 04-05-2004. Now they terminated my job.
I have EAD but not used.
What if they are not going to revoke the I140, can I use it once it approved with out RFE?
