is there any truth in it that if the 485 approval does not come by the average expected time (which at the moment runs around 10-11 months after filing for it) theres are more probabilities that an RFE might be released for such a case. any comments appreciated.
The most common type of RFE they issue at 485 is employment letter pay stub and w2. I think this type of rfe's are for the cases whose priority dates are more than 2 year. This is my speculation. And this type of RFE most probaly depends on the Priority date rather than the 485 rd or ND.
