What was the NOID all about

What was the reason for your NOID,
was it because you changed employers or was there any other reason.
Do you get a NOID letter if they send one.

How about LUD ? Did that change ?

I dont know about the NOID (I even dont know what it is) . but my LUD Changed when i changed my address.

NOID --> Notification of Intention to Deny I think, I am not sure

I thought that is what people use.
