If no email before 6/30/07, does that mean we missed the train?

Recently read through so many threads . still confused. Some says the visa is allocated to some case, and just wait for the next 3 months. The other says after 7/2/07, there should have no approval as the visa is not available for July. If CIS approves, it is a mistake

So does that mean, whoever did not get approval emails before 6/30/07 most likely will not get approvals? What is the correct interpretion of this current change?

Visa Number Allocation Doesn't mean Approval

I don't think visa number allocation means approval, because they are cases that were current before visa number became unvailable (non-retro-countries) and have been given a visa number and are still pending. Those cases still have to be reviewed and approved.

I must agree whole debate about visa number is getting confusing. Let's see what's going to happen this week and next.
