Hello I'm French (son over 21 married and living in France) and have a 3nd preference visa on the way ( must wait 4 more years until my priority date will be current) . My mother ( she's US citizen an she's the petitioner for me) and my dad are living in us, but my mother dream to come back to Vietmam for the rest of his life.
My question is have she wait in US 4 more years until my visa is coming before going to Vietmam ?
In case if she die what's happened to the visa process?
Hope someone will give me a answer!

Your mother does not have to wait in America 4 more years until your visa before going back to Vietnam. She can return to Vietnam now although she must return to the USA at some point, briefly. See below on how to satisfy The U.S. Domicile Requirement for Petitioners Living Outside the U.S. :

If she dies before you receive the visa, you can still migrate to the USA by going through some steps. See:

Cheers.

Your mother needs to be living in the US at the end of the process around 4 years from now.

If she dies before you complete the process, you must already be living in the US at the time of her death to continue the process. Because you're over 21, that also means living in the US legally to be eligible to adjust status.

Tank you for your advive, but how to live with her? It's seem to be impossible...
