If labor certified, then will receive EAD?

I got a question. If we successfully received a labor certificationa and ready to send the files to CIS, are we going to be eligible for EAD?
 
Most likely YES - if you don't run into any problems, you (and your dependents) should have a EAD in about 3-4 months after you concurrently file for 140 and 485. But of course, if you have problems like have been out-of-status, or company may not have ability to pay etc, using EAD requires some thought.

Does this EAD give us flexibility to work for any employer while waiting for greencard ?

Not to the Primary Applicant.
You can only change jobs after 180 days of I485 receipt date using AC-21 & New job has to be in the same job category & new employer willing to offer job / salary mentioned in your LC after your GC
