If I travel with AP, will my status be H-1B?

If I only apply AP without EAD, what is my status after I come back?

H-1B?

I just asked my lawyer today...if you come back on AP your status will be as adjustment parolee but you will still maintain your H1B status at the same time. So it does not affect your H1B status as long as you have a job with the same company and have valid I797 and I-94.
