I am a critical member for the obtaining a NIH grant for my boss in institute A. I finished writing and collected data for three of five projects proposed in the grant. After I finished my PhD last year, I moved to a more prestigious organization B. When I apply NIW or EB1,I want to use that awarded grant as an evidence, but there is a logical hole. Since I did not continue to work at institute A, how can I prove that my absence of the project will significantly delay or even impair the finish of the project? I did receive email from former boss to say he did not get rapid progress since I left and asked me to come back if possible. Is there a better way to deal with this situation so that INS officer won\'t raise touch questions? Thanks for the help.
