If I get EAD, but 140, H-1 is revoked, legal in US?

Sleepless in NewJersey, last night. I almost touch the GC, but it seems I will lose it. Like a dream...

It's a new thread for my last post
"Really Need help -- 140/485 Pending, Sep/1/03 my last Day".

I think before sep/30/03 I can get my EAD, maybe my 140 will be revoked and my H-1 revoked. If this happened, maybe I stay in U.S to look for other job with my EAD? Am I legal?

Maybe I ask too much. I am so close to get GC... lots of things in life cannot be controled by myself... I'm too tired to restart my GC process again. If I missed this time, I think I will go back to China to reset my life...

Recently, this forum discussed a lot of a new guidance issued by
BCIS. In that guidance, I think your GC will still be under consideration after you filed I-485.

If you have EAD you can find another job and continue your process.
