If I am a US citizen and want to sponsor my parents and a younger brother (mini-me -- well under 21). The question is:

1- Will i be sponsor my parents who will include my brother as their dependent and ALL three will get their GCs simultaneously

or

2- I will sponsor ONLY my parents. Who will wait till they get their GCs approved and at that point they will sponsor the little man

or

3- Something entirely different than what i stated above

Option 2.

There are no derivatives for immediate relatives. The problem is your parents can obtain GCs relatively quickly as immediate relatives of a USC but it will take years for their child to adjust as a child of a GC holder.

What will they do with the child in the interim?

What is the minimum age that an US citizen should have to sponser his/her parents for GC/citizenship ?

Thanks in advance for any answer.
