Could someone please, help me with the following situation; HERE IS MY EXPLANATION:

....My permanent employment is in Massachusetts...so from what I read my permanent employment which is Massachusetts...does not correspond to the Nebraska Service Center...it corresponds to the Texas Service Center. I've noticed this only after my lawyer sent my package to NEBRASKA.

Please tell me if I'm accurate about this matter?

Will USCIS REJECT MY PACKAGE OF i-140 AND i-485 because of improperly filed?

Please help me!
Your help would be highly appreciated!
Thank you in advance.

In August, all 140/485 concurrent petitions had to be filed in Nebraska. That rule changed in September. If for some reason your petition was meant to go to Texas, Nebraska would simply forward it themselves. The only inconvenience it should cause you is a bit of a delay in receiving your receipt notice. You've nothing to worry about.
