My I-140 was denied. An appeal was filed in Jan 09. It is still pending. My H-1B is expiring in June 2010. Pending appeal, my current company has applied for H-1B extension.
Questions:
1) Assuming my extension is approved, if my appeal is denied at a later point of time, does the H-1B extension get automatically cancelled?
2) If I move to a new company and I get H-1B extension at the new company based on the appeal at the current company, does
a. Extended H-1B at the new company get cancelled if my current company revokes I-140 petition or revokes the I-140 appeal?
b. Extended H-1B at the new company get cancelled if AAO declines the appeal?
