I have a H1B extension in progress (not premium processing).
Also, I may have I-485 approved sooner than the H1B extension.
Will I have problem if I get I-485 approved first, then H1B extension comes later? Will my GC change of status to PR, later be changed back to H1B due to the H1B approval comes later?
The H1B extension and I-485 are done by different attorney (my employer vs my spouse employer). Is there something that I should be concern about with both I485 and H1B extension done in parallel?
