Hello our AOS got stuck in the 'background check' saga of 2002-2003. Me and my spouse were married for over 3 years and just got notice for second interview (we think), maybe becuase so many years have passed.
If our petition is denied, can I apply for a Work Sponsored Visa. My company said they would in the past, but I never did it because the I485/I30 was pending for so many years and I have EAD.
