if changing name 1 year after naturalization, is a new certificate required?

Example:

I become a US citizen & get my naturalization
certificate. The name on it says "JOHN SMITH"
and I get a US passport under that name.

One year later, I decide to change my name
to "ETHAN SMITH"(by getting a local county
judge to grant me a name-change order, which
takes 1 week and a $53 fee)

Obviously I will need to apply for a new US
passport by submitting the name-change order
in the new passport application.

Do I also need to contact the USCIS or the
State Department about my name change?
Will they have to issue a new naturalization
certificate that says "ETHAN SMITH"???

THANKS FOR ANY INFO! :)
