Quick question,
if changing employer after 180 days (the same title), does new employer must provide some documents or must declare to
keep you for more then some amount of time etc ?

Does it matter if you are W2 hourly or on fixed salary?
thanks

W2 Hourly is not an issue

U would need documents from this new employer if there is an RFE, interview, or if u decide to use AC21.

If I change employer I use AC-21 anyway, don't I ?
But the problem is what kind of document I need in case of RFE?
These company wants to hire me for a duration of the project
and thats it. My oryginal company still provide me a letter
that they want to hire me.
Just wander if such sytuation is nt dangerous.
thanks

Robi,
I am also going to be in similar situation next month, my present job is going to end this month but I have a chance to work with other company for a short time. My present employer will give any kind of documentation support for GC. My question is what docs we need to take from the second employer? and can we come back to the first employer and work for that company??? experts please answer for these questions!!
Thanks,

For employment based GC for RFE you would need
- pay stubs
- W2
- Employment verification letter from employer.
- Sometimes even employer's tax return.

These are most important employer given documents for RFE.

You need to have an employer who gives this to u. if u r using the AC21 the new employer should give, if not the original employer.
If u would be continuing with Original employer, then it would be like subcontracting, whihc would not be an issue.

thanks for the input.
What exactly " Employment verification letter" from employer
should be stated? Thats the problem. They not gonna write
that they hire me for 1 or 5 years. Just for the duration of the project.
Just wander whats better, stay on the bench without paystubs, or
join other company having employment letter from the first one....
