I have taken IELTS back in Nov.2007. I am getting ready to submit my application in Feb 2009. I understand that they require the test to be taken no more than a year before applying for PR. But i have lived, worked and studied in the US since then so my English is the same if not better. Can I submit the results of my Nov.07 test along with an explanation? Will that negatively impact my process? Please feel free to make your suggestions. Thanks for your help.
