Applied concurrently for I-140, 765, 485 om 03/31/03. So 90 days are over since I have applied. Does anyone have information about getting the i-EAD in Dallas? How easy or difficult is the process?

Hi Global_family

I have applied my I-140 on 30 Dec 2002 (concurrent filing)
can you plase tell me what is i-EAD
This is the first time I am hearing this....:(
I am also in the same boat ...

can you please share the info with me

Thanks

i-EAD is interim EAD.

i-EAD can be got at the local BCIS office, if ur EAD has been pending for more than 90 days.

iEAD ,You are eligible to obtain and iEAD if you reciept notice recieved date is 90 days or more from today's date,Go to dallas district office in north stemmons freeway, try to be early, I would suggest around 4:00 in the morning, The general counter opens at 6:15 am in the morning, you will be asked the reason for your visit at there, tell them that you wish to apply for iEAD,the officer will verify that info with your I485 COPY,then you will get a token and a i765 application, take the token and go into the office, fill out the i765 application form data from your original i765 application when your token number is called ,go to thec counter and the fooicer will verify your data and give you a sealed envelope, take that to the local office on north stemmons freeway , there they will take your application ,call you inside ask two photo id's and then call you inside and take your photograph and issue you an iEAD rightaway

hope this helps,good luck

The local bcis district office is in Empire central exit,Second local office is in Inwood Rd exit, just two exits from Empire Central,
by the way In the second ins office they will allow you only by appointment, and they will just collect your sealed envelope only, you will not have any application at all, they will also call people in group and give all of them a card and ask you all to sign in a specfic place ,then take your finger prints and then photo, two photo ID are must..

HI all,

the good thing is TSC is moving...
my I-765 has been approved. I check the status online and it says they ordered for a card...

but my question is I applied the I140 and I765 same day.. but still my I-140 status shows that it is still pending....

is it the same way for everybody.

what I believe is for concurrent filing I-140 and I-765 should approve simultaneously(in fact I observe some of my friends)

does any body have some info share with me and give me some relaxed breathe :)

Thanks

Congratulations dec140!

That is great news, I think you should here about your I-140 approval anytime now, so it took about 7 months for your EAD approval. Have you received your FP notice yet?

Hi Global_Family

I did not recieve FP notice...

My NDs are

I-140 - 30 Dec 2002
I-765 - 30 Dec 2002
I-485 - 30 Dec 2002

Thanks

Hi,

I had filed I-140/EAD/AP/485 (Substitute labor) on March 13th,2003 (TSC) and the receipt date is March 17th 2003. Online status shows that the EAD application has been approved on July 10th,2003. What does this mean on I-140 status. (receipt num of I-140 is with the company). How far am I w.r.t I-140 clearance.

Thanks
Dpyara

I765 Approved!

HI All,

I filed con-cur too, for
140,765,485 on Feb 12, 03

My 765 status shows that my application has been approved on 10 July, and a plastic card has been ordered and I should receive it soon.

Thanks

Congratulations!!

Excellent news for both of you......IndianInDallas is your case regular LC or LC substitution, the process is still quite random My ND is 03/31 (Not approved) but I have a friend whose ND is 12/06, he has not received his approval either. Typically the i-140 is lagging the 765 approval by 6 weeks...

iEAD Approved!

Got my iEAD card from TSC today (Dallas). It is valid for 8 months. Thank you everyone for all the help on this forum
