My 90 days from Receipt date of EAD application will be completed in mid-Oct. Please let me know the list of documents that I would need to take along for iEAD from local INS office (San Jose). Also, please confirm whether the 90 days are from RD or ND of the EAD application receipt. Please reply ASAP.

1. You need 485 and EAD recepit notice and your id (can be passport or driver\'s license).
2. 90 days count is from RD.
