Can any one tell me if I can get a IEAD with a RFE on the EAD I applied. My EAD is expiring 26th May. I sent the reply for RFE 27th April. How long do u think it would take for the INS to go thru my reply and aprove or reject. Any one knows if Arlington, VA local INS office gives IEAD.

Each BCIS (INS) office has a web-site, and there they give all the
deatils, I have seen specific to IEAD. The URL for the BCIS filed offices is shown below, you can select your state and select the office closest to you and check for their instructions. I am hoping that you should not have any problems.
