My wife wanted to extended her EAD and it was over 90 days since ND. Went to SJC at 6AM, stood in a longline, entered the building after extensive search(just like in airports), got my token # after showing the docs and waited for over 3 hours to see the officer. Officer only wanted the original EAD receipt and filled in 765 aplication. He did the IBIS check that took another 2 hours. He was not pleasant probably because it was around 2 in the afternoon and I saw him come to work at 6AM. They took pictures right there and gave the card at 2:45. overall, mission accomplished with a very long wait!

485 : asked the guy about the 485 and he said "very soon". He refused to give a timeframe and kept repeating very soon. Hang in there guys and take it for what ever it is worth!

Thanks Sillyman.

My EAD expires on Feb 10th and I would've completed 82 days from RD. I guess I'll have to try and get an iEAD before completing 90 days, unless my I-485 gets approved by then through some miracle.
