iEAD Renewal

EAD is still pending-> got Interim EAD after 90 days for 8 months and now that is going to expire.

Can we go to local INS and get a fresh Interim EAD?
How many days early should we go to local INS ?

Anyone with same kind of situation, pl share your experience.
