iead Renewal-please help me with a few questions

My EAD notice date is 05/06/03. It is not approved yet.

I am planning to get my iEAD on August 4th.

I have following questions. I will appreciate your help in answering these

1. Do I have to take a copy of I-765 application that I filed for this EAD (May be I can get it from my lawer) or I need to fill a new I-765 application at the local INS office.

2. I live in Fremont,CA. Where should I go to get my iEAD, Please give the address details ? I got my FP done at Oakland.

I-765 Receipt notice
I-140 Approval notice
I-485 Receipt notice
Passport
old EAD
Driver license

Where should i go for iEAD
 
I'm also applying for iead. my notice date was 05/08/03. Do we have to bring original copy of the 485 receipt, 140 approval and 765 receipt? Do we also need to bring pictures? I went to my lawyer yesterday and they gave me copies only of the 485 and 765 receipts. I'm going to the LA office. Is there only one line? Any tips on where to park (at 3am) and any other tips that might be helpful.
