Hi guys,

I have completed 90 days after applying my EAD. What is the procedure for getting the iEAD?

When I talked to my lawyer, she said, I need to pay $150 to prepare the documents.

Please help....

What are the procedure for getting the iEAD? Do I need the Original receipt document?

Why don't you go through EAD_FAQ on this board and then if you have any question some body will help you.
We have been telling ppl to go through EAD_FAQ, it seems every body wants spoon feeding.

Don't know where u live, but I live in LA area. You don't need to
get any assistance from attoney. Just bring your I765 receipt
notice and others(I485 notice, I140 notice, passport, ...) just
in case the officer may asked them, and then go to local CSC
office to get iEAD with I765 application.

The form is the same as that from INS web site, only one page
with very easy questions. I got my iEAD from Santa Ana office
without extra charge(officer gave me one fee waive sheet and
let me show that to cashier window for some stamp) and asking
any other docs except I765 receipt after 90 days from I765
renewal notice. This site has some discussion thread for that.
You would read that. There are some cases in which some San
Jose area I765 applicants got iEAD.
