Guys,
Mine is a messed up case. I am a resident of Atlanta, GA and my concurrent 140/485 was filed @ TSC with RD of 03/25/04. The first EADs and APs for myself and my wife were approved by TSC within a few months. In July 04 TSC transferred my case to a local office in Miami. My 140 had not been approved before transfer and is still pening. I am also not sure why it went to Miami because I live in Atlanta. Anyway I have been trying to get my case back to TSC. In December 04 I even got FPs from TSC but there is no confirmation where my case is right now.
In January 05 we filed to renew our EADs @ TSC and a few weeks ago I got emails that TSC has transferred the EAD Apps to the local Miami office. My wife is currently working on her EAD and it will expire in mid May. I know that she can get an interim EAD from the local office but we are in Atlanta and the file is in Miami. Actually no one knows where the file is at present?
Do you think we will be able to go to the local Atlanta office and get our IEADs? I hope they will not turn us away because of the case transfers?
Any input in this case will be highly appreciated.
