iEAD (Newark) Questions

I have recd. and RFE for photograph for the EAD renewal. Although I am sending the new photos today (March 4, 03), I don't know how long it will take to get the EAD renewed.

My current EAD expires on April 8. My RD for renewal is Dec. 26, 02 and ND is Jan. 7.

My questions are:

1. Is it possible to get the interim EAD from Newark?

2. If yes, what should I take with me for the iEAD?

3. 90 days fior iEAD is counted from RD or ND?

Yes, 90 days count from EAD RD, not ND. You can get IEAD if it's more than 90 days. They need filled-up I-765 form, copy of receipt notice for I-485/EAD and picture ID/passport. I did it for myself.
