My EAD is expiring on April 8th. Just last week I recieved a letter from VSC saying that my case is trannsferred to NYC and two days later I recieved an interview letter from Federal plaza, scheduled interview for April 20th, meaning I will have to stay out of work for about 12 days.
I went to federal plaza early this AM around 5AM, stood in the line for about 2 1/2 hours, finally went to 9-100 floor, waited there for about another 5 hours, saw numerous people being turned down.
I was lucky enough, granted me the EAD till Dec. 2004.
