iEAD in Chicago

Does any body had any experience with applying interim EAD in Chicago? If so, what are the underlying documents and the fee?

I got one on 12/09/03

I collected one on 12/09. We don't have to pay any fees. All I carried is copies of I-765, I 140 and I 131. I forgot to carry I-485 copy. One needs to carry their passport and Driver's license. I went there at 5 am. But u can be there around 6 am. I got out at 8:45 am. You can drive and pay $13 valet parking in the next block. Or you can take a train green line I think.

would they give it to wisconsin residents even?? because milwaukee doesnt issue interim EAD on the spot..they ask to fill a form that they will look over and that would take another 30 days :(:(

Did you carry any photographs with you? Also, is the office located in Jackson Blvd? Finally, did u walk-in or take any appointment?

No photos needed. Just Walk-in

No photos needed. They waill take a photo for u. U can just walk in. No appointment as I know. Yes in Jacsion Blvd.
 
Thanks... I walked in today @ 7:40 AM and was out by 09:00 AM. It was a piece of cake...Thanks for all your help ... and Good Luck.
