iEAD help

My spouse needs to get iEAD ( I am principal applicant of I-140,
however, I am still with H-1B).

What documents we should prepare? Your help would be
highly appreciated.

First you need to apply I-485(I believe you already did) and I-765 also. I-765 is EAD application and once it passes 90 days(without approval) you can go to local INS office to get iEAD. For "How to" , "Where" and "What" follow the EAD_FAQ on this board.
