Q: I have applied for EAD for the first time for my wife, it has been 100 days. So the question I have is I can she get an Intrim EAD from local Chicago office. If she can what do she need to bring it to local Chicago office.
 
She should be able to get an IEAD from local office. Usually you need to bring at least the following document:

. Filled I-765 form
. I-765 receipt
. Passport
. I-485 receipt

I would also bring things like I-140 approval (yours if you are the primary with marrage certification).
