My EAD application is pending at TSC since 11/12/2003. Back in May I went to local office and got IEAD (on 5/03/04). On 5/14 (rcvd 5/18) I got an RFE about copies of passport and I94. Which I sent immediately (5/19). The LUD on website got updated 4 times between 5/27-6/2. Now case status says 'RFE response was rcvd on 5/26 blah blah'. BUT there is no approval yet. My IEAD will expire on 8/3/04.
What shall I do? I am thinking of sending a fax request to TSC and see if it helps. Any suggestion is appreciated.
