IEAD at Chicago

I am trying to find if anyone has gotten a IEAD from the Chicago INS office. I am due to go there in 2 weeks.

What are the documents I have to take?

Do I need to take appointments in advance or is it a walkin?

How are the people there?

What questions can I be asked, and should be prepared for?
