I would like to share my experience with you.
IEAD: My current 3rd EAD is pending with INS since 96 days. Today I reached philly INS center for iEAD around 7.30 a.m. I got my EAD by 10.00 a.m. They issued EAD for 8 months.
Early FP2: I got second FP2 notice yesterday only. The scheduled date is on 07/13/04. I went to the INS center which is on 8th street after getting my EAD. I reached the center around 10.30 a.m. I requested for early finger print. They asked me to come on july 13th. I had a baby boy recently. I told the same thing to the INS people and requested. They told that it is too early for finger printing. Then I showed the birth certificate. Finally they agreed. I and my wife done our FP2 by 12.40.
