my wife's company might announce some layoffs in near future.
she is working with H1 and applied EAD and I485 November 2002.
EAD had not approved.
suggestions needed on:
1. If she gets a layoff, can she work for another company with EAD? (Assuming she recieves EAD b4 the layoff)
2. Could she get iEAD if the EAD not approved by the time off her layoff?
3. If she gets EAD b4 layoff, how long the EAD will valid for? Can she renew the EAD without getting new employment?
4. IS iEAD renewable in case the EAD application screwed up for any reason?
