IEAD after I140 RFE&approval

I have applied for my I140 on Apr 2003. After waiting for 6 months (and no I140 status change), I have decided to go for concurrent filing and applied for my EAD, AP and I485 on Oct 03. I got an RFE on my I140 on Jan 2004 (I was about to go for IEAD but the RFE came 5 days before 90 day period) and replied with the documents. According to the status message the I140 RFE held my other processing also (EAD/AP). Last week I saw my I140 got approved but the EAD/AP status is unchanged. Can I go and get my IEAD from local USCIS office since the receipt date for EAD/AP is Oct 28th OR is it again 90 days from the I140 RFE receipt date (Mar 15th) ?

Since you did not get a RFE for EAD, you can get iEAD now. Take I140 RFE response docs, approval to get the interim EAD (apart from EAD receipt, 485 receipt)
 
I think the interim EAD clock resets when they send an RFE (for initial evidence). It starts off from zero once RFE is replied to.
