Ideal Job Description for EB2

Guys,
I have a 4 yrs bachelors in Technology in Metallurgical Engineering with 11 yrs experience in IT. My Degree is a 4 yrs Engineering Degree.

What should the requirement be to be able to file in a EB2 category so that the case goes smoothly in the I-140 stage.

The Position is For a principal Software Engineering, which is a senior level Technical Postion in the Database Group. It requires Bachelors in Engineering with 6 yrs experince as advertised when posted in monsters and all for the purpose of real recruiting.

But what should the job requirement be for such a person who has been working as a Principal Engineer and for the purpose of perm/I-140. What is a good requirment to be put in the ADVERTISEMENT taken out for perm and the 9089 form, so that perm and I-140 goes smoothly.

Is "Bachelors in Engineering with 72 months Experience" Okay. Since for "Bachelors in Computer Science with 72 months" is going to be rejected in the I-140 stage, since I have a bachelors in Metallurgical Engineering.

Please help on this if anyone Eb2 - I-140 has been approved by "Bachelors in Engineering with 72 months Experience". The job position is pretty senior for a "Principal Engineer", which is a lead/mgr role.
