S swas Banned Nov 27, 2006 #1 I created the id at USCIS to view my case status. I gave some wrong passwords and now the id is locked. Now to unlock , it is asking my NAME. I am giving correct name for the email id and it is not liking that. Quesiton: What I have put in the NAME. Also any tips for unlocking ?
