I submitted my PR application to Buffalo in Dec' 03, and was informed by my law firm today that my initial assesment has been done, and no interview is required.
I have always been worried about the pass mark being raised, and having my application assessed retroactively. Can anyone tell me if that now, my initial assesment has been done, I'm past that?
My initial assesment says that I must submit the documents listed in the document list within 90 days. I'm still waiting to receive that list from my lawyer. Anyone know what these documents are? I wonder if the points are raised before I submit those document if I can be assessed again retroactively?
What steps remain? Medicals.... anything else?
