IA completed..PCC & Medical request

I filed my C-PR on Aug20th, 2004, Received AOR Nov 17th.

Yesterday I received mail saying that IA completed, Interview not required, asking for the following additional documents;

1. Medical for myself, spouse and my 21 months old son - within 60 days
2. PCC from India and USA - within 90 days
3. Current employment proof in the form of W2 or T4 statements and paystubs - within 90 days

Any one got the PCC for India from Chicago indian consulate?
Any one got the PCC for usa from Minneapolis/St. Paul area? please let me know the process and your experience.

Appreciate your valuable inputs.

Also I applied my USA-GC on Nov'2004, please look at my signature. I am in dilemma of continuing the C-PR. any comments? Really appreciate your feedback;

Pcc

PCC from India will take 30 days by Indian Consulate (I got from San Francisco Indian consulate).

FBI clearance certificate will take about 2-3 months.. you will have to send the request immediately. For FBI you will need to get finger printing from local police station and send it to the FBI.

After IA

We received a letter in Feb from Buffalo consulate saying, our initial assessment is over and need to submit some documents in 90 days. I submitted all except Finger printing result for "record of good conduct". I sent finger prints to FBI and still waiting. 6 weeks already over. So anybody sent finger printing after 90 days. When i realized that I woudn't be getting fingerprinting card in 4 to 6 weeks time, I sent other documents on time. How long do you gys think it will take for me to get my Finger prints results? so that i can send it to them?
I am little worried.. Any insight???

I have seen in this forum people sent their docs after 60/90 days. I think you are fine..

I just sent my FP to FBI today. am not sure how long it is going to take. I have to send my medical on or b4 jun26th and PCC (india, usa) on or b4 Jul26th.. Lets see..

I sent my fingerprints to FBI on 2nd March, 2005 and got the results back on 2nd May, 2005.

Word of advice if you are not able to get the documents within the alloted time just send a letter explaining your situation. It is wise to keem them informed.
 
I sent my FP to FBI on 5/13/5 and we both received the results yesterday (6/13/5)..

It was two seperate envelope. I don't think we should open that.. but i am kind of curious, addressed me(39 Cents stamp) has less papers and to my wife (99 Cents) had more documents inside..

i am still waiting for the Indian PCC.. Once i get that I will be sending it to Buffalo without opening those covers..

Sent passport yesterday to indian consulate chicago for PCC stamping.. Fees are;

20$ for Referring the case to Chennai consulate
20$ for each if all the passports in your family are issued in chennai

if not i think you have to add additional 20$ to refer your case to different branch.
