My mother-in-law is currently on 6 month US trip. The expiration date given by the officer at port of entry on I94 was 1 day earlier than her date of return. The I94 expiration date is 12th Feb and retun ticket purchased was for 13th Feb. Is there any way i can get her I94 corrected? Is there any problem if she overstays by 1 day? Apart from changing her return date is there any other option?
