I94 not stamped at POE -Please advice

Hi,

My parents arrived yesterday. After reaching home, we realized, that my dad's I-94 was not stamped.
The passport was stamped with date of arrival and my mom's I94 has a valid stamp

Can we go to the local customs office and have it stamped?

Please advice,

In the passport, you should have a stamp with the "Admitted-Until" date!
In any case,there is an INS form that you can use to correct the I-94 and there is no charge for it!

I think the form is the same as the one used for replacing an I-94 that was lost. Submit the form ASAP!
