hi folks have two questions...
we have our passports stamped (for GC) after i485 approval. we had going to india on parole (pending I485 then) . on our return we filled i94 cards, but for some reason they gave me back my i94, but kept my wife\'s, saying it was not necessary. we are going to india in may. will this affect us. both of our arrivals are stamped on the passport with the parole mentioned.
2nd issue pertains to my file transfer from NSC to tsc service center. my passport was stamped on sep8, 2000, and two time subsequently. what the number sto cantact TSC. the fax number does not seem to be working...
